SHIPPING

Print orders are fulfilled through Hound and Bone. Shipping prices are set at cost. Once you’ve made a purchase I will make the print order and send you your tracking number.

Domestic Orders
Sent with Australia Post (eParcel). Please allow 2-3 weeks.

International Orders
Sent with DHL. Please allow 5-6 weeks.

“International parcels are subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees based on the declared value of the parcel. The recipient is responsible for paying these expenses. The HS Tariff code for printed matter is 491191; you can use this code to check import expenses in the destination country.” – H&B

PACKAGING

Packaging is 95% plastic free, however prints come standard in an archival protective sleeve. If you’d prefer to forego this, please email me at the same time as placing your order.

RETURNS

I’m happy to offer a refund or replacement for damaged or defective items. If you have any issues please email me within 2 weeks of receiving your print, along with a photo of the item.

If the item looks like it was damaged in the post, please also include in your email photos of the exterior packaging.
